2) 1 def
3) 1-13 prayer (Must have done priest in peril if it has 11+ prayer)
4) 94+ mage
5) 99 range
6) 85+ Hp
7) 5 mil+ in cash/items
8) MOST IMPORTANTLY - You must be able to recover the account without using the current password or recoveries. If you read this far please put a * at the start of your post.

If the stats are slightly below that is fine but of course my offer will be lower.

I would like to use UNB4NN3D for our mm as I owe him one and will be willing to pay the fee.

My offer will be as much as $250 via mail depending on the account.
