Verizon support >.>

Okay, so the whole blackberry buy 1 get 1 of equal of lesser value thing is going on with verizon with the 2 year contract. I'm before the 20 month upgrade price deal, but hell, let's try. So we call 'em up, and the dudes like saying we can get the storm (for me) and curve (for my mom) for $100 because he thought we'd be able to qualify for the $100 off. He is trying to do it for about 10 minutes, then says we don't apply for the $100 off because it hasn't been 20 months. Ok, we weren't expecting the $100 dollars off, but it woulda been nice, right? So after another 15 minutes or so fiddling with this contraption the man couldn't figure out (a computer >.<) he says we don't apply for buy 1 get 1 free deal either, and with blackberries, you need another $30 a month for the email, you can't say no to having it, so he also fucked up our plan. SO IN CONCLUSION- spend 30 minutes on the phone with a guy, and we get 2 things- No new phones, and a plan that is $60 dollars a month more than before, and he couldnt figure out how to ffix it.

 

LOL! I remember the youtube video where the verison guys couldn't tell the difference between $0.0001 and $0.000001 and his internet bill was 100 ties as much as it was supposed to be

 

Internet/email is $30 a month for almost all phones. So there is no problem there. And, you need to have your current phone for 2 years, so you should probably wait. And I advise against getting BlackBerrys because I'm sure by your birthday/Christmas/other holidays, there will be something new. I suggest waiting for the discount-it's always nice- and finding another phone when your time comes. If you haven't reached 20 months, than in the time it takes for 24-2 years- there should be some very advanced, very exciting new phones.

the new curve and bold basically just came out. nothing else of interest is coming out except for that other touchscreen thats "comparable to the touch of an iphone". possibly a new iphone as well which isnt gonna have anything new to throw off your decision on a phone.

 

stupid people every single phone company , they fuck up all your plans and bill comes liek 200 dollars a month and we dont even use, i know its crisis but they dont have to rip there customers off
