The account has prayer, but it's fairly low. 62.
Overall the account is 116 Combat.

 

I will have to pass on that YourTrauma. i really only want it to be exactly 1 prayer and 1 summoning...but that is close to what i want .

 

Like I PMed you dude. I think you'll find it real hard getting that account, summoning isn't too bad, but prayer is so hard to get on that. Even from doing quests, a lot of quests reward prayer. Restless Ghost, Priest in Peril etc.
