Buying Lvl 3 With Cash (Paypal)

I'm buying a lvl 3 with at least 1m gold on it, however the more the better. I'm using verified Paypal as my payment method. I don't care about non-combat skills, although I will take them into consideration when making my offer. I would prefer the name of the account not to be a female name. I will not send the money first under any circumstances. If you want to use a middleman as an alternative, you choose one and I will pay him/her the fees. Post all your offers here. Can I ask how much you are paying per million? I have a level 3 with 8M, and am wondering if you would pay a good enough price.
