    They file a dispute, but you can win dispute because it's a virtual item you bought an paypal don't issue refunds for that >_<

    I was thinking about this, but then again they are also breaking Jagex's ToS so would their claim even hold up in court?

    Haha :) If you really want to be a jackass like that, WAIT until someone buys the account, then recover. Gold4rs will NOT refund the buyer (as some Sythe user have unfortunately found out), so nothing will happen to you or your PayPal.

    People who claim with PayPal almost always win, especially if they're a well-known one like gold4rs.
