What time do you go to bed on weekdays?

As I sit here (it being 3:26 am, on a school night).

On a normal day, what time do you like to go to bed in order to be rested for the next day?

Does it differ? Or is it consistent.

well round my mums im already upstairs in my bedroom on xbox or laptop or watching tv so i go to bed about 10:30pm there still watching tv

And around my dads i go up to bed at about 11ish and watch tv for abit till like 12.

 

I try to get to sleep at 12 every day, but sometimes it isn't possible and I end up going to bed later. I wont often be up past 1:30 am though.

 

i usually try to go to sleep around 11:00 but i always fall asleep at like 12:30

 

Since I take night school along with my 8 day time classes I go to bed at 10:30ish.

 

I normally fall asleep at 10:30pm, but then again I wake up at 5:00 am each morning.

 

I go to bed between 5am and 8am " Why you may say " Cause i don't go to school i dont have a job atm so i can do what eva i feel like + thats my sleep pattern anyways

 

after eleven, after a nice episode of family guy ^.^

The less sleep i get, the better i feel.

well, Doctor said if i sleep alot i'll grow better and stop being a Midget, so i go to sleep at 10:30 usually, sometimes later if there's a good movie or something, and one time i went to sleep at 8:00 PM and it was HEAVEN

really, sleeping 11 hours on a WEEKDAY is freakin awesome

 

Agreed family guy FTW Plus i feel fresh in the mornings if i have just the perfect amount of sleep

 

I generally go to bed around 1am. I never go to bed before 11pm. I used to go to bed early, like 9:30pm every night, it was great. I'd wake up early the next morning and be wide awake and full of energy. But when i'm working i don't get home till like 10:45pm - 11pm which screwed up my sleeping pattern so yeah, now i go to bed late.

 

9:30ish. and I wake up at 6:00ish.

 

Most people need 8 hours of sleep.

 

At 11:00 usually.

 

Whenever I do, I guess. >_>

It helps to be out of school.

 

2am cause i got school at 10pm

 

I go to sleep at 1, and wake up at 6 D:

 

Between 1 and 3 AM and i gota wake up at 7 AM.
