.....what a jerk ripped me off a stone lol

This guy basically cheats me out of 1 stone only 4 went up at th etime where he claims he sold 5....he was geting all offended when i was getting mad....and he tells me to cancel the order after i already got all but 1 ....should i do it or is he gonna get me banned
