Look at pic number 1, the prayer section next to the map, half full but it says 99 ? and picture number 2, only shows 90 prayer?

 

Well to the best of my knowledge RWT is basically impossible ATM so unless somebody has found a new method I guess that he is lying about R2P sending him a PM. Also title says 17 99 stats? I count 8. Also both the pictures have been taken at different times if you check the tabs at the top of his browser. Thats obviously not against the rules but when I sell an account I take all pictures at the same time...just pointing it out

Just read post from Cidov the pictures have clearly been edited because as Cidov pointed out the payer circle says 99 althought is not full and the second picture says he only has 90 Prayer...good find Cidov

 

Title also says 2258 total, I mean my eyes arent that bad but does it say 1953 on pic?
