I'm looking to buy a LEVEL 3 skiller with 1-2 99s, and if it only has one 99 i'd like it to be a money-making skill such as wc or fishing. The skiller has to strictly be lvl 3 with lvl 1 of all combat stats and I would like at least 10m on it. The skiller can of course have more than 2 99s but my budget is at a max of about $75. As I am only a member and no one probably trusts me, we will get either a trusted MM or an OMM that ur paying fees for, unless of course u want to go first.
