Koed urs mom's 60-70 combat luring team!

Yes, i have decided to create an f2p luring team.Maybe p2p some time. Luring is now possible with the new pvp update, you can lure in many multi places, including barb village(by bridge very nice if you dd), fally, or varrock.
Requirment:60-70 combat
Stats: 1-20 def, no more.

I know you said max 20 def, but i could be the lure in about 1 weeks time (by then i should be lvl 60+).

Will be 40 def and 75ish range (currently 38 def 70 range and 58 cmb) but will ofc run around in some kind of trimmed armor for the purpose of luring people so only the 40 def would matter in my "app"

well i'll get back to you on this subject later.
