[Paypal,Buying]Buying ANY levelled Runescape Account[Paypal, Buying]

Hi guys.
First off, the reason im buying any levelled Runescape account is purely for the fact that my 135 Runescape account got hacked & i’m still in the process of getting it back. When this got hacked, it was a very huge downer for me as you could say Runescape is my life. Humiliating, i know. 
I currently live in Paignton, Devon, United Kingdom. Search that in google earth and you’ll see where i live. Doubt you really need to know, but it’s for all the brits out there that may be selling their accounts and looking for someone close.
I will only be paying through paypal. I would prefer to have costs in £££ but i can easily convert.
I wont be spending alot of cash, as Runescape is pixels and isn’t worth my pay. It’s bad enough already with the paycuts!

Must have abit of cash, this meaning more than 200k and D med.
Apon purchase, recoveries and all details must be provided as i will be getting the password my way. By recovering the account through the recoveries. This stops the risk of getting scammed.
I’m totally free to the stat’s as i will be training the account to my own standards.


On a final note, you could say those requirements are as bad as Andrew Gowers car, but hey 
