    How to get healthy and stay healthy.

    This is a guide to get healthy and stay healthy.

    Basics

    The basics of getting healthy are pretty easy to follow. You could just do there and get healthy over time.

    Ride your bike. Walk to school. Take a hike. Etc, Etc, Etc

    Eat right, Just because you took a big long bike ride doesn't mean you should have a donut after it because that would ruin the healthiness of the bike ride.


    Exercises
    There are simple things you can do when your at home and some outside.

    The basic exercise routine:
    1: 30 pushups
    2: 40 situps
    3: 20 squats


    Trampoline:
    These are a great way to get healthy, just jump on it about a hour a day (Jumping up and down while talking on the phone is good)

    Sports:
    Another great way to get active, Gather a couple of friends and play football!



    Eating
    Eating right.

    Your at a party, Theres a fruit tray and a bowl of chips, eat a couple of chips and some fruit. Dont eat a lot of chips but its ok to eat a few.

    Make a max calorie chat, Limit yourself to a max of 2000 calories a day.


    Routine
    Fit in some exercises to your routine.
    So if your stoping by home, why not take a minute to do some pushups?

    Ehh, I wasn't to fond of this. I find guides "boring" without any pictures.
    It was a nice guide, true. Err, but I'm going to have to rate it quite low.
    Pictures are a big part of a rating, about 1/3.
    Keep again format comes in handy.

    Some people can't even do that and it won't help anyway.

    Everyone is different height and weight meaning we each need a different number of calories each day to maintain, gain, or lose body weight.

    If you want to stay healthy or get healthy it is as easy as fuck, just eat healthier, sub water for soft drink, get 30 minutes of exercise a day such as walking or jogging or biking, if you can break a sweat then even better.

    And if you want real advice than google some health forums and get help from people with REAL knowledge.
