GoldenGates/Airguys High Pardon Request #3

Hello admins, I pretty sure some of you remember me, I made 2 pardons before which both have been very close to being accepted, before I blabber too much, let me tell you some facts about me.

Goldengates on Sythe: Over 15 vouches, 400+ posts
Airguys on Sythe: Over 19ish vouches, 500+ posts
Goldengates on Powerbot: Over 20 vouches, 1.5k posts, SCRIPT WRITER RANK, 2010 join date
First High Pardon got 2 yes and FireZ vetoed it for an unknown reason
7 months later.....Second High Pardon got 4 yes but didn't get enough votes in a week, soo close
4 months later.....Third High Pardon(yes, this is technically the fourth then, but I won't count this) got 1 yes but didn't wait 6 months, denied
It's been over 6 months for sure and I believe I should be unbanned by now, I've waited patiently for over 2 whopping years!

My story:
It's all a confusion, and I'm admitting to two things, the confusion which I take blame for and me ban evading on Airguys(and didn't do anything wrong on for over 5 months).

I decided to open a pin shop, buying for $3.00 and selling for $3.50
I got pins from Discovery Ch.(I'll call him dCh from here on out since his user is long)

So after the first day, I sold 2 pins, not bad...making progress...and then there was a customer/user(don't remember name, we'll call him Bob for the lack of a better user).

Bob paid me $3.50 up front and gave me user/pass of rs accountto apply pin.
I gave dCh $3.00 and user/pass of Bob's rs account.
Bob changes user/pass and pms me while I was most likely asleep
I wake up to find 2 pms, dCh and Bob, bob gave me new account details and dCh said the account info didn't work.
I PM dCh back with correct info when I got back from school since I cant PM on a phone
dCh PMs me back saying "stop wasting my time, I don't take longer than a day to apply pins, you're lying" (dont remember exact words).
I chargeback my $3.00 and pay $3.50 to Bob back apologizing.
I get banned a while later for charging back from dCh
The End...

Then a week later I make a new account called Airguys (I was new to the whole ban vading thing, I honestly didn't know it was just as bad of a consequence, I was 12 at the time).

I hope you can take my story into consideration and post your honest opinion asap, I need at least 5 votes(i think that's it).

I'm very sorry about ban evading and being the reason of this confusion and somewhat "scam" if you look at it this way.

I want to be unbanned because Sythe has a very large market, not found anywhere else. Please and thank you.
