His TWC was for self vouching with Simplicity:
http://www.sythe.org/15383903-post2.html

Can you show me where it says he had his TWC for self vouching with the account Simplicity? I tried finding it, but I cant. There's no IP match with the user Simplicity either, so I dont have anything to ban him atm. If there's no proof of this, maybe another mod that remembers could continue with this report?

Thanks Yousuck

All I knew was he was TWC'd for self vouching and Ghast's post there said it was with Simplicity who is now banned, so i'm not sure...

You're right. Im pretty sure he got his TWC for self vouching on his account simplicity.

Your TWC was issued in July of 2014. I'd like to see more vouches, most are from gold sellers unfortunately.

The post Ghast linked http://www.sythe.org/13710412-post7.html matches with what Ardy said.

Banned, thanks.
