Reporting FireZ (FireZ is Dishonest)

Dear Sythe.

FireZ banned me for approx. two weeks claiming that I called him a faggot in a PM. Now that was only partially true. He banned me for doing that on the 20th of May. After talking to N4n0, who unbanned me on the condition of good behaviour, I was banned the following day by FireZ claiming that I had called him a faggot in a PM.

Now my problem isn't in the fact that he banned me on the basis of me calling him a faggot, my problem is with the sneaky nature in which he went on alluding that there was a new PM where I called him a faggot, and that he wasn't referring to the old one. Not only that, but all my disputes were deleted. This is not only power abuse, but corruption. Not only that, but he refused to post the proof that I PM'ed him, seemingly to allow me to remain oblivious that he was referring to the old one (which he shouldn't have banned me for as N4n0 had unbanned me for that - Refer to Double Jeopardy)

There are countless examples of FireZ being a genuine prick throughout the forums. He seems to think that his word is final and takes it upon himself to make decisions without second opinions. He's a genuinely dislikeable figure, and has more than just a shade of Finn in his personality.

I think FireZ should be demoted. Too many users have a problem with him and his stupid reasoning for doing things. Not only that, but my case highlights that he will resort to shady tactics to keep someone he doesn't like banned.

I don't care what anyone says, FireZ pretty much framed me to keep me banned, and not only is framing against the rules, it's a permanent ban offence. Do you guys really want a framer on the staff team in an admin position? Wasn't framing people the main reason people wanted Finn gone?


Can't wait till this thread is locked with some petty reason. This is community input and I am requesting the communities opinion on the matter.

I don't mind being called a shitty mod but if you are going to do so at least give a reason otherwise I just take it as you trolling me.

 

While if that was the reason you got banned, that is shocking and very disconcerting. As for what I've seen him post though, I don't think he's a dbag, I don't really find anyone to be an out-right dbag on Sythe though...I realize people have everyday stuff they have to deal with and they may vent negatively on here because of it. I'd say FireZ is strict, but he does his job. Though if what you say is true, that's very very bad. I'll reserve judgment though for the most part, though I did vote "no" (just my opinion based on my interactions with him, which is none lol, so then just based on posts I've seen). The only posts I've interacted with you on is the Real Madrid thread and I saw that you were a stand-up guy and a good debater..but yeah, not saying I don't believe you or anything just from my perspective I voted no. I'm not super active though, it comes and goes for me really. So my opinion is less than a grain of salt really.

Marrow, Nothing personal against you (never even talked to you before), but here's my take on this question:

I can't judge on FireZ's ruling as I don't know the nature of how this happened in actuality, but all I can see is you being unbanned and right after returning you are stirring shit again. Not many members can say that 90% of their contribution of their contribution towards this website is causing needless drama. You most certainly can.

I mean, you are calling it on yourself, again. Creating a thread similar to the one that was made about Finn back in the past and calling KMJT an equally shit staff member (right after being unbanned for doing such in the past) doesn't help the problem and honestly, calling for the community's opinion on an incident they didn't witness is practically social engineering; You dislike FireZ and are trying to put a needless hate into the members of the community, towards FireZ, through a story they weren't part of, nor should be concerned.

Why is there a need for this?

To answer the original topic as well, I don't think FireZ is a douchebag, nor do I think KMJT would be an 'equally shit staff member'

There is a need for this because with him it's getting out of hand. He does whatever he wants.

I had a conversation with N4n0 where I promised him I would stay away from FireZ on the condition that I wouldn't be abused by him. What happened the next day? I was banned for two weeks for something I did a week earlier that I was unbanned the day before for.

I don't troll, I just post in a way that annoys some users. Because my posts are direct, and I accept the infractions that I get sometimes. But this situation was a joke. He refused to post proof because he knew that if he posted it, I'd be unbanned straight away. He's no different to a framer.

As you can see by the poll, I'm not the only one with an issue with him.

Just because I'm willing to speak against him doesn't make me the bad guy.

2. You shouldn't have locked the thread.
3. If you can't contribute to a dispute stay out of it.

Saying we can't prove anything so we'll believe the admin is a pretty shit reason to lock a dispute.

 

I'm a newer member to the community of sythe so I cannot pass total judgement on the situation but from what I've seen even prior to this thread firez does seem to pass quick judgement on certain cases an example of this was the heatz twc. This in no way is a jab at firez just in that particular case I think he let his personal opinion sway his decision. As for kjmt I've seen nothin wrong at all with his moderation. Mind you roary/Dave and another moderator I cannot remember deal with 95% of posts I report , it still doesn't mean he's a bad mod IMO just means roary and Dave go hard.

If an admin says something I will take their word over a known troller any day. It is unfortunate in this case if something wrong happened. When someone is acting like a jackass it is my business. I don't have a problem leaving disputes open if it is respectable. The majority of your threads are not.

Your reasoning is stupid and you know it.

I was totally serious in that dispute. I made a request for admins to go through my PMs, and they did and they found nothing. Now what gives you the power, throughout all of this, to lock a dispute when you A) solved nothing and B) Made the situation worse.


I stand by saying you are a horrible staff member. Everytime I've dealt with you you've been an asshole.

The whole point was I didn't PM him when he made it sound like I did.

 

I never claimed you were the bad guy, all I'm saying is, I'm sure there are better ways of handling such questions then making a drama out of it.

I mean, I was banned for well over a year, only because Finn overruled Tyr0's decision to TwC me after I myself admitted to being a ban evader (not scamming), due to the hate he felt towards me, because I expressed him that I did not agree with the way he handles situations and I told him that on TC once. He would also go on to denying every single one of my pardons without any reasoning and I only managed to get a successful pardon after he was banned. I never vaded to make a post in the feedback, et cetera, to cause even more drama / trouble to the community, you see what I'm trying to say?

I understand you are expressing your thoughts and that you also take responsibility for it and that is respectable, but this is an issue between you and FireZ.

What KMJT said is true; He may have deleted the PM and if it happened so, noone will ever know how it happened, except you and FireZ; I think there really is no reason to drag the community as a whole into such questions. Again, mainly because they only see once side of the story and therefore they may be biased.

 

No i'd say my reasoning is pretty sound. I trust any admin on here with anything, including what they claim happened. Sorry if you take this personally but to me your word means nothing against most people on this forum, let alone an admin. As I said it is unfortunate if you were actually telling the truth. And telling all mods to grow some balls is not a respectable approach which is why I closed the thread without hesitation. If you can't post a respectable dispute you are embarrassing both yourself and the mods.
