    So, I am currently living on a military base, because well, I'm in the Navy, so I cannot avoid that.

    I was told to post from a home IP to avoid a ban, but I cannot really do that either. Am I just out of luck or is there any way around this...?

    yes that is what i posted, something like a picture of your name written down next to something that is at your base so we can verify you reside there

    I messed up and thought this was a dispute tbh, but you won't be banned for lack of home IP is a better explanation :D
