Ban Evador

I found "another" possible ban evador, msn's dont match but the accounts for sale (skiller with 99 agility) are almost the same, and the owner of the original thread is banned. I also found a post on his old account which may link him to his other account hese selling "pker with 99 range"

*NOTE*, The banned and evading username are relatively similiar "Pure-Clear" and "pure.skills"
