Heex - Suspected evader

IP audit shows a other accounts from the same IP that are banned.
equally so those banned accounts have similar (ie: short) usernames, similar birth dates, etc.
the banned accounts are also equally similar in post count (little to zero).

one thing that stood out was the last banned account posted in a OSRS Maxed FS thread.
Heex has msged me regarding my account-fs thread. has been pushing me to msg him via discord.
its a bit sussy and has too many commonalities with the banned accounts.
