Requesting a High Pardon

I implore you to completely read the pardon in its entirety, it is much different from any plea I have ever made and I feel like I’ve poured out my heart and everything I have. Although I don’t regard myself as well known to the current staff I do feel I benefited the community positively and deserve a chance to be pardoned.

I don’t really mind which admin reads this but if it happens to be pen I ask that you allow another admin to do it because judging by history your reply will almost certainly be “denied”. I still respect the duties you perform as an admin I just want to be sure that it is a consensus that I do not deserve to be pardoned.

I’ve helped people with problems with their botting, answered several questions in various threads, helped people in the personal support forum by giving excellent advice, and used my years of runescape experience to create quality guides and help people with questions in the runescape forum. I was never convicted for scamming and since my join date of June 2009 I’ve only accumulated a few infractions for spam. I haven’t donated yet as I only had PayPal and at the time Spyike wasn’t running the donation system but do intend to donate at least 25 dollars after I return. This isn’t some lie to make my character sound better as I have donated 20 dollars to Kbot and money to powerboat as well.

What specifically happened:

A couple months ago I was permanently banned for a fake vouch. At the time this warranted a permanent ban, and soon after the rule was changed to make fake vouching a 3 month temporary ban, although I just found this out recently from a friend. The fake vouch did not contain the word vouch nor was it added to my list of vouches but was still considered one because it was a review of the guide posted by me as another account. I do not condone my actions but at the time I thought it would be fine and didn’t know it would be considered a vouch. At the time a person was flaming my guide all over my thread and caused people to doubt its legitimacy. I must have been extremely exhausted as I made an extremely poor decision that has become one of my biggest regrets. Instead of pming a mod to take care of the problem I took it into my own hands and although I had no malicious intentions I broke the rules of sythe.

Reflection:

My actions were selfish but not meant to be malicious against other members. But even still when I was banned I felt so bad and full of deep regret. My decision was so stupid and immature I felt like a retard, I lost my membership to a site so important to me for such a moronic reason. I feel like the ban was warranted and it still serves as an important lesson to me. I never wanted to do something I felt was morally wrong, but I was tempted and tried to make an excuse and convince myself I wasn't breaking the rules. I've learned a lot, matured a great deal, and would never even think about doing something remotely wrong on sythe again. I accepted and grew from my ban, and was very excited when a friend told me about High Pardons. When I was denied, I felt hopeless and decided to evade because I figured despite the situation and my plea there was nothing I could do to come back and I might as well start over but firez figured it out in a couple of days. I talked to a few mods about the situation and they suggested I make a last final appeal for a pardon and this time be specific with how I have benefitted the community. I hope you guys have read all this and accept me back and even though I want to come back extremely bad I respect your decisions and will hold my head high and be respectful even if this is declined.
