Infraction (Infraction Happy giddy)

As we all know, giddy gives alot of warnings/infractions, ALOT.

I received a (1) Point Infraction from giddy, for spamming

While, we can consider this spamming, is it really worth an infraction? I beleive it should be a warning if anything. I really never spam, so I don't see why its worth (1) Points.

I know if people repeat the offence, of spamming it can be given as an infraction, but my other warnings for spamming, are not spamming, and I cannot argue with them because they are only warnings, so this allows them to use the "repeat offences" remark.

I gave you a warning for: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4442931#post4442931 because the thread was about Ughster, not Unbanned. Then I gave you an infraction because you already had two warnings for spamming.

All the infractions and warnings were warranted.

 

Okay, Now when you gave me the infraction, I only had 1 WARNING in effect, the other had expired. Therefor that should stand as a warning.

Second off, the post regarding ughstur, was ment to be a quote! not a reply. It was a quote to this post http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=4441303&postcount=3

Which is completely relevent to the topic!

Your lucky we arn't aloud to remove warnings, which we should be allowed to, then you couldn't give us idiotic infractions.

 

I gave you your reasons. You are lucky the have two warnings, I could easily make them infractions, but I don't think the warnings deserve to be infractions.

 

I want a post from another moderator, not one who's trying to defend himself and threaten me while he's at it.
Those arn't even worth being considered as warnings, post proof of how I broke the rules, other then when I chuckled and posted "bahahaha"

Actualy it had to do with ughstur and lack of modship, and unb4ann3d was broughtg up, therefor i replied to the post, which was relivent to the topic, and I don't need your backsas like your all mighty, grow up kid. I bet you didnt even read my posts.

And the post of hahahaha was expired, therefor it doesnt matter? or if it doesnt whats the point of expiration dates on WARNINGS? idiots..
