Believe he is the person who hacked X Sam X and also attempted scamming people.

When X Sam X was hacked he went to the RSPS market, which is the market Surikills is most active in.

And while it seems like a really slight similarity, the skype the hacker was using (see above report) was Reggiersps which has the location set to Suriname, while the profile i'm reporting is, oddly enough, named Surikills lol.
