I was banned on my other sythe account http://www.sythe.org/members/322766-melo4mvp.html for a reversal of funds that happened when I bought $100 worth of gold. It happened a long time ago (2013) and to be completely honest I am unsure of why the funds were reversed. No matter the exact reason the reversal of funds happened I take full responsibility for not resolving this issue. I am sorry to [member=lean] for it taking this long to get resolved.

Ban evading: I know ban evading under no circumstances is acceptable. I am sorry for ban evading on this site and lying to moderators (like when I was private messaging [member=lean] about the refund) about who I was. When I ban evaded on sythe, I knew the risk I was taking – never being allowed back on sythe. So why did I do it? At this point it had been over 1.5 years since my account Melo4MVP was banned. I looked for disputes on sythe, there were none. I contacted the moderators of sythe who had public skypes, my account had no staff notes to why my account would be banned, and none had knowledge of why the account was banned. So, to find out why I was banned I felt the only way to find out why I was banned, and to possible right and wrongs was to ban evade so I could search the website much easier, look for clues to why I could be banned, and most importantly have a way to contact the rest of the sythe staff because somebody had to know why my account was banned. After speaking to so many moderators and going through my history, my old emails etc I finally found that I had contact on that account with Lean. Then after messaging Lean I found that Melo4MVP owed him money so I repaid Lean and reported myself. As Lean had no way to contact him outside of private message on sythe (far as I know) if I did not ban evade I would of never contact him, and refund him the money he deserved. Regarding my minimal market activity on sythe while ban evading. I do want to make it extremely clear, that the vouches/market activity I gained were from people I was currently trading off-site and by no means did I profit from being on sythe. I was active on 3 other markets and I thought that if I gained just a few vouches from people I met on those sites that it could help prove that I am a legitimate person in the market. The last thing I want to say is, I was also a $25 donor and SVU. When my pardon was denied that means the I had lost the money($100 refund, $25 donor and SVU) I had invested into me correcting my wrongs and becoming a member of sythe. Despite being extremely disappointment of my pardon being denied, (unlike a scammer) I did not charge back Lean, or Sythe because I knew the consequences of my actions, and I did not refund or buy ranks as a big show just to get unbanned… It was the right thing to do and a cost I am willing to pay to correct the mistakes I have done.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yes, I would like to confess to EVERY off-site issue in my 5 years in the runescape community so I can have a fresh start on sythe. I will explain and describe the events that took place and why. This is just going to be in order from oldest to most recent events.
1. https://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/821908-scam-report-melo4mvp/ The account I sold him got locked and the recoveries I had set weren’t unlocking the account (never was unlocked). I no longer had the gold to refund him, we got into a huge argument about refunding options. So I was extremely upset and being immature so I didn’t refund when the mods asked. Once I cooled down I was able to get the gold and I refunded the user. In a recent appeal I found out my appeal/refund thread had been pruned due to its age and inactivity (or lost), meaning the proof of refund was gone, so per moderators request I refunded the user again.

2. http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/846521-scam-report-melo4mvp/ I am not sure exactly what happened due to it being almost 3 years ago… But, I did refund the user. The refund has since been pruned but, the proof is I was unbanned which would of not happened if I never refunded.

That user recovered the account, so I did the right and offered the user a refund. The user in the thread, and on skype refused to accept any refund from me for the sole purpose he wanted to get me banned. Since the user refused the refunds, to be honest I was wrongfully banned.
4. No thread. A friend of mind was helping me make a private script on TriBot. He was connecting to me via Team Viewer he never had access to my account. I believe he made a thread asking about 07 which at the time was VIP only, so when questioned I came forward and said he was helping me make a script. Since he never had access to my account, or never used it to personally bot etc I thought I did not think it would be considering account sharing. But, because I was only VIP, it was considering account sharing as I got the information etc for him through my account. I learned my lesson and as punishment I got temp banned for 6 months from TriBot.
5. No Thread. Beezman was an employee of mine at the time. He invested 105m EOC into the company also. For IRL reasons I had to leave very suddenly, thus meaning I did not pay him his money back right away. I was supposed to pay him back 150m EOC after 2 weeks for his investment. Since I was not back on for a very long time after, his payment became extremely delayed. However, I did pay him back his 150m EOC when I came back to the RS community. Since there was not dispute, I have no pictures of the refund.

Was wanted to sell 800m EOC, so he was “using my reputation” aka hacked me and impersonated me. He hacked my PayPal so that if Bic_Boi charge backed back to scam, he would not of been left with a negative PayPal balance. He admitted to it on an account he was ban evading on here: http://www.powerbot.org/community/t...-from-before-appeal/?hl=+sarune#entry15491455 The(bic_boi) got his money back the day after this happened when I had become aware of the situation. Most unauthorized chargebacks take between 5 – 7 business days, but I told PayPal to refund him his money so he got it the day after. I was wrongfully banned, because on the 11th I was banned by an unknown mod for not refunding bic_boi but as that screenshot shows below he had already got his refund. But, it was not me who chargeback. I was away for IRL reasons so I was unaware of this happened hence why I never replied to dispute, and as the mod said in the dispute how I hadn’t logged on since the dispute had been posted. When I found out about this I refunded the user. I did not get unbanned because I was ban evading in this dispute. I was extremely upset of how I was wrongfully banned both times in my last two disputes and after a lot of appeals I was getting denied. It was a terrible mistake on my part to ban evade. I did make over 30+ transactions until I took a break from the community and this happened, so if it is any consolation prize I did not ban evade to scam and did not scam.

After over 6 months of development I released the first stage of my company. My runescape account got hacked after I bought the gold for his weekly payment. I had no money in my PayPal or Skrill, so I told the user I would pay him back tomorrow morning, I would go the store first thing and buy a pre-paid credit card to buy the gold for his payment. Instead of waiting just those under 24 hours, in the very early am’s I was woken because I found Me and my other admin Raflesia was banned from my own site. He then blackmailed me, to give my site back. Still while it is like 5 am he kept getting more upset and then he and his friends (who were moderators on my site because they had good resumes and were his friends). Began to destroy my website. The powerbot mod clearly stated multiple times that if Smart wanted the dispute to go through he had to return my website and repair the damage. As shown in thi spic https://gyazo.com/5926fa0b82c39b91642e6bb71fdde114 and that is the powerbot policy. But, he never did return my website, or repair it. Yet, I was still banned thus, a third wrongful banning on powerbot for me. I did repay Smart, but I was extremely upset with Smart, because I had spent 6+ months on this website, spent thousands on it and he destroyed it after the first week of the initial release of the site. If that was not bad enough, it was also my culminating assignment for a class that I had to present very shortly AND it was a part of a business application to the Government of Canada. 9. https://topbot.org/forum/index.php?/topic/3014-passive-dispute-with-justin/ I was going through all sites and pm’d moderators to make sure I had all disputes ever posted vs. Me and this “friendly dispute” came up on TopBot. When I searched for it, it did not come up and because of the nature of it, I wasn’t sure if it was an official dispute, or where it was posted. PM from TopBot moderator confirming it was hiding even to me: https://gyazo.com/d032f422aaac9ccbc006770e20b6ad03 Now, this ties into what another moderator mention about me disputing Blue and Arctic over $825. What happened to me, is as stated in this dispute by other users is my paypal account was spam reported (by somebody) for have stole funds in my PayPal account. So PayPal froze my account and reviewed everything. This led PayPal to reverse funds that I received, and funds that I had sent out. A little over $1200 USD of funds I had received, were reversed into the gold shops accounts that I sold the gold to. And around $400 of funds I had paid people for the gold I bought had also been put on hold. I think it shows that I am not scammer, when I had over $1200 USD out of my account, and certain people were refusing to give it back to me… Despite of that, soon as the money was reversed by PayPal of the gold I bought, I refunded those 3 users with compensation. I could of scammed them for over $400 USD but I did the right thing, despite other people trying to keep my $1200 USD. I hope that this shows at least some of my character. Many people scam justify it by well they got scammed by other people so it is fair. I was getting scammed, and refused over $1200 USD but despite that I still did the right thing and made sure every user whose money went back into my account got repaid with compensation. For the record, the it was 100% a lie by Arctic that said the PayPal issues were caused by me owing PayPal a lot of money.
So, as you can see PayPal has caused many issues for me, with Lean, Takito, the TopBot dispute. Since this last issue in February 2015 I have 100% stopped using PayPal. If people add me to sell or buy gold, and they only have PayPal, I reject them. No matter the rate or the amount. It has caused too many issues for me, so I no longer use PayPal and haven’t been for 6 months now. Overall, I know there are a lot of issues I have been involved in. But, I do hope that I showed you the last 3 bans on Melo4MVP were unjust bans and multiple other disputes were not caused by be (takito, Smart, Polymatical etc). I did take responsibility for my actions and I have repaid everybody in these disputes. I have learned from these disputes and will not make these mistakes again. I am a trusted and respected member on the 3 communities I am currently on and I hope I can be allowed back onto Sythe to make that 4 communities.

I understand you want to protect your community. But, my track record on OSBot, TriBot and TopBot show that I am not a threat to your community what so ever. I have been a part of this community for over 5 years now and I have no intentions of leaving. No scammer gives up 5 years of his life for a community that for many years was my full time job. It is too much of my life that to EVER just give it up, and just logically scamming means giving up something I have dedicated 5 years of my life towards? Makes no sense what so ever. I do also remember that a mod discussed the dispute to where I was accused of "self impostering". In this dispute,
