    I take a multivitamin every day, but for me one of the most important vitamins is the one provided by the sun

    Supplements, what do you use?

    While I'm training, or in a healthy mood I usually take Whey Protein Powder (this usually comes with BCAA's), multivitamins, fish oil, sometimes Vitamin C and depending on the intensity of my workout, pre-workout drinks. I also used to take Creatine which I found to be effective but have cut this out of my supplement list due to the possible side effects.

    Supplements, what do you use?

    Ostarine / cardarine - Do your own research on stuff, don’t take what some punk (I.e me) on the internet says.
    Pure Whey
    Casein protein before bed (Slow release so helps to not get hungry overnight)
    Pre workout on the days where the 4am isn’t feeling too good.
    ZMA + Good multivitamin (I’m too lazy for others)
    Personally I don’t feel BCAA’s are achieving much, a reasonable diet + a good protein powder will be sufficient.


    Good old fashioned calories in < Calories Out.

    Unless you like pizza then fk it it’s bulking season.

    I take an extra vitamin D and Iron supplement, I have really bad blood levels, but apart from that I don't take anything else.

    I hired a bodybuilding coach to advise me which supplements I have to take for cutting weight. I highly advise to hire an expert to help you with supplements.

    I came from 136KG with 36% body-fat after a long-time leg injury, been training with this man for 2 months now.

    Currently I'm on a cycle with steroids:
    Testosterone Propionate 100MG (3x/ week)
    Masterone Ethanate 200MG (3x/ week)
    Turinabol 10MG (2 tabs/ day)
    Armadix (1 tab/ day)
    Clenbuterol 40McG (Up to 2x2 tabs/ day)
    Fluoxy Mesterone 10mg (1 tab/ day)
    GW-501516 SARMS (2 tabs/ day)
    HGH Norditropin (6iu/ day)
    Liv52 (1 tab/ day)
    Vitamin B complex, C, D3, E400
    Zinc / Magnesium tablets
    L-Cartinine tabs

    Other than that, I don't take pre-workout, no protein powders, no creatine.

    Currently I weigh-in at 124KG
    Height is 2,01M
    Bodyfat is 16%
