Fiber - with pulp love it
Prevents kidney stones
Helps blood flow
plenty other reason s:
I take creatine and protein every day. I sometimes use pre workout or some kind of stimulant before my workouts to get me the boost, but other than that everything else is a waste of your money.
copper, sodium ascorbate, b complex, carnitine, k2, and d3
Omega 3 is incredibly important, though.
You say your overweight? i dont think creatine will help your bodyweight lose mass just gain. However i used to take 3 protein shakes a day 4000kcal's now im down to the average person with no supplements and just good food!
Good food such as?
Recently ive been drinkimg protein shakes at lunch in place of McDonalds or Steak n Shake.
Lately, it hasn't been cutting it as much.
so lately an average day for me is:
Breakfast - 3 weetabix with milk + blueberries + banana
lunch - avocado + poached egg on toast
Evening meal - Chicken breast with salad/bacon or pasta
I have growth hormone deficiency and my doctor prescribed me Sermorelin. It improves all-over body function and appearance. Quality of life is enhanced with Sermorelin injection benefits. Here I found it full description.
B12, Magnesium, Vit C, Garcinia, Whey Protein & Creatine.
Multivitamin and protein bars/whey post workout. I used to buy BCAA, creatine, preworkout and many other supps but in the end I realized it's a waste of money.
Talking about a waste of money, but you still buy protein bars? No harm meant by that, but they have a high calorie which doesnt add up for the protein it contains
I actually buy the ''Pure protein'' ones which are quite cheap at Costco when on sale (Cost approx. 0.65 cad per bar). 20g of proteins and total of 200 cals isn't bad.
I drink Casein protein (think thats how it's spelled)
It's a slow digesting protein that keeps me full all day when I am at work.
I also like to use some creatine as I notice great effects within a week of starting to take it.
I use 19-norDHEA, ON Gold Standard protein and ON Gold Standard preworkout. I used creatine a lot when I was deployed, but just haven't gone to get more since I've been back.
don`t use supplements, just expend that money on good food, if you want to lose weigth you just need to cut carbs and fat+ adding a lot of cardio to your training, supplements are a waste of money if you now what to eat and how to do it
Whey protein to help get protein in.
Pre workout for off days
Anything else is just a waste, besides the obvious...
Inb4 lnatties hate, I play semi pro sports and during summer everyone does it so I have to so I can keep up. Rugby btw for anyone aware.
I never took stuff like that just eat yoghurt and a lot of chicken
none really. if my body is tired i let it rest, using supplements to boost your performance is a temporary solution, you need to think of the long-term benefits unless you don't care for that.
as for protein powders i dont think they are that bad if you arent lactose intolerant or if you can digest these properly.
I made the decision to go ahead because the window of opportunity in sports is also temporary and I've given up every other aspect of my life such socialising (drugs and alcohol), free time, money... what's 5 years of my lifetime
creatine only one tbh.
only one w/science backing
