    Supplements, what do you use?

    I take creatine and protein every day. I sometimes use pre workout or some kind of stimulant before my workouts to get me the boost, but other than that everything else is a waste of your money.

    Supplements, what do you use?

    You say your overweight? i dont think creatine will help your bodyweight lose mass just gain. However i used to take 3 protein shakes a day 4000kcal's now im down to the average person with no supplements and just good food!

    Good food such as?

    Recently ive been drinkimg protein shakes at lunch in place of McDonalds or Steak n Shake.

    Lately, it hasn't been cutting it as much.

    so lately an average day for me is:

    Breakfast - 3 weetabix with milk + blueberries + banana

    lunch - avocado + poached egg on toast

    Evening meal - Chicken breast with salad/bacon or pasta
