The Constitution doesn't define what a natural-born citizen is, but the Fourteenth Amendment states this:

"[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States , and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Obama was born in Hawaii in 1959 when Hawaii was a state. He acquired citizenship at birth.

But more importantly, I don't give a crap where Obama was born. It's a ridiculous rule. If country of origin matters to people so much, it will be reflected in electoral results.

 

Truth, it doesn't seem like anybody cares since he is winning currently.

 

Then why is Arnold Schwarzenegger ineligible? He's actually more qualified than barack.

Actually, that's what's in debate. He refuses to supply proof that he was in fact born in Hawaii. He was actually born elsewhere, not in the states.

It's not a ridiculous rule. I don't want a towel head ruling me and my country. If you're not a born citizen, then you're not gonna rule my country. I don't want foreigners coming in and making those decisions.

I suppose it is an important rule for racist bigots then. If you don't want a towel head ruling you, then don't vote for the towel head. Furthermore, even if you accept your arguments, Obama is only a towel head on a technicality, he hasn't been living in the Middle East for half his life.

 

I won't for Obama, not that it matters cause the vote doesn't really count. The issue at hand is that he has betrayed countless Americans into donating their hard-earned money to him for simply no reason. He can't be president, so the money he's collected is purely theft.

Because he was born in Austria and isn't elligable for American citizenship so he can't run for president. According to a documentary I saw a while ago.

There's nothing wrong with such presumption. It fits perfectly, and makes perfect sense, so no reason why I wouldn't assume such.

Actually, most of the people who endorse Obama call people are against his policies racists. They don't even know what Obama stands for, they just support him because he is dark skinned. This has been proven on multiple occasions. Many of Obama supporters are racist people who vote for him purely because of the color of his skin, and they view anyone who doesn't vote for him as racists.

In fact, the majority of blacks in our country will vote for Obama, and if he loses, I promise you that they will all say it was a racist act, and he simply didn't win because of his skin color. If he wins, they will boast and brag about a dark skinned man getting into power.

You're right, he's more of a socialist, which, throughout history, has led to communism, which fails and becomes totalitarianism. Enjoy being governed by a man who views himself as infallible.


And Hitler, although not classified as a communist, had communistic tendencies which also brought on totalitarianism.
