The user created a new forum, and started to advertise it via skype. I went to look at the forum and when i saw "hacking section", I told him on skype that he will be banned on sythe due to blackhat activities. He proceeded to tell me he doesn't care, so thus i reported him.

You can clearly see a "hacking section". Although there aren't any posts yet, not wanting to remove it clearly indicates a form of blackhat behaviour.

This is where he states that he doesn't care about sythe rules.
