    EDIT:

    I told him to Claim and cancel, now he can't cancel ¬¬... (EDIT #2: I tried to refund, as I haven't give any GP, it won't let me)

    I'll keep informed. According to him the other acc was banned due a framed scam by a Sythe Mod...

    Don't ban him yet, he's done nothing wrong(Just multi acc), but oh well.

    The fact he vaded in the first place is against the rules, and it doesn't seem like anything else is being done with this report, so I'm banning.
