If you are looking for in-game gambling (i.e no IRC, no websites) you should try out commission staking on rs3 (host is maxed, they stake for you). Check out 'Stake of W54' fc, which is the RS3 version of stakers 301 (king of w301), which was the biggest commission staking clan in 07.
