Favorite Runescape Memory?

What is your favorite Runescape memory?

Here is mine:

Back when I was like 11 or 12 and I first started Runescape I made a friend, and my friend was around the same level as me, but must of been much older than I was because he quickly caught onto the game where I was a slow learner. So my friend had been leveling up, and so hadn't I but I was leveling up kind of clueless. I had no idea what it really did. I just knew it made you stronger some way or another. Well one day my friend reached 30 Defence, and I still had around 10, but 30 + attack and strength. So he came over to where I was (in lumby cause I had no clue where anywhere else was ) and he showed me his full addy. He told me how much it was and I was like wow awesome! He gave me an extra platebody he had for free, but I wanted full addy, so I traded the platebody for a power ammy, and then the power ammy for a platebody and money! Then I just kept trading and trading and trading, and at one point I traded a bunch of shit for a Rune Skirt, and I only needed an addy platebody, so I traded the skirt for a platebody not knowing how much the skirt was worth! I was so happy, I felt SOO RICH I bragged about having one of the most expensive armors in the game! Then I traded it all away for the best weapon in the game, and the real best armor in the game .. Full steel and a Steel 2h ... /epic fail.

mine is probly back when santas were dropped, i stayed up till midnight on rs and when they were dropped i got 1. i felt so kool then i saw every1 with santas. my freind told me that they werent worth anything so i traded him a santa for a rune scimmy. god what i would give to go bak to that date and decline that trade lol

 

In like 2005 when everyone in 6th grade played rs, I made a killing by selling gold. Nubs would buy like 500k for $10 from me, when I bought like 10m for $11 lol. Didn't last long because my friend gave away my "secret" about how much the gold was really worth.

The Old Wildy, i sorta miss Runescape since i quit, but not enough to start playing again lol

 

long ass time ago i was being a noob and this guy in full mith was talking shit so he led me to wildy and i killed him. He then begged me for his armour back via PM.

Also, before trade limit, i received an account from someone random and i decided to go and try to get people on his friends list to give me stuff saying i'd pay them back. Noone ever gave me anything except for one guy who gave me a rune full helm and some other stuff. turns out, the guy knew who owned my account in real life. I kept bullshitting him and finally he said he'd give me some stuff if i made him a cd. I accepted and he continued to list all the songs he wanted on it. I told him i would bring it to school tomorrow for him and he in insisted that i sign off runescape right then and go put it in my backpack. I turned chat off for a few then came back on to claim my merchandise.

 

when i just started out i found out about drop traders, so i would always seek them out in the obvious spots like in cammy bank roof. i made like 500k doing that once lol. i also remember my first 100k made was when i found a guy dying and he lost all his stuff and i took his granite shield >

 

Some guy gave me a free Hardleather Body after I pestered him for phr33 st00f in Al Kharid. It was one of my first days playing, back like in 2002. Good, good memories.


EDIT: Also, I remember when I was really excited that I finally knew the "map" of RSC. Lumbridge was at the south, then you take the path north-west to Draynor Village and follow that past west, then north to Falador, then west to Barbarian Village, and west to Varrock. You can also get a "shortcut" to varrock by taking the path across the river north. You can also save 10 whole GP by going around the fence in Al-Kharid!

 

When me and a cousin made an account and told some somewhat rich guy to drop all his stuff in an exact location and wait 50 seconds before picking it up and it would duplicate and obvious he dropped it and we picked it up and was never banned for scamming.

 

The worst thing that happened was when someone traded a noted easter egg to me for something i can't remember. I was a noob at the time and thought the note made it fake. Best time would be making so much cash staking. Boxing was the best

 

When I found a blue party hat on the ground and thought it was junk and left it there.

Way back in 06, when i was a noob, and some of my friend played, we'd log on late night after they snuck downstairs, and id get them to mine some bronze for me n id make us all bronze armor n we'd go pking in it lol.. We killed someone one but god, that was along time ago lol

 

A couple friends and I made a "clan" years ago. We thought we were all good and would go pking. We sucked lol
Making my first mil merchanting was also a pretty good memory.

 

Training in world 61 draynor a couple years ago, getting out of the sewers near the jail trapdoor..
Right clicking on a pink skirt on the floor, and it saying red party hat.
I spooged.
My friends at school also spooged.

 

Lol I like reading all these, reminds me of a time when I actually had fun in RS.

Another memory would be my first pure . 40 ranged and 20 def. Me and my friend who had a 60 mage pure raped varrock multi.
I actually recovered that account the other day, I had forgotten the username. It sucks lol.
(To make things clear, It was my account, never sold it/gave it away, nothing. I simply forgot the username over the years.)

 

First time ever pking, not a pure or anything just a main. Level 86, I specced a 25-25 and ko'd Rune (G) plate and legs, got a warrior ring too. Started my whole PKing career.

 

when I was like level 10 combat I was woodcutting behind the fred's house in lumbridge; I got the tree spirit random and it killed me or almost killed me(I forgot) I didn't start wcing again there until a year or so later lol.
