    Why can't I recover my account?
    I go to "Recover Password" and it say's:

    "Please enter your login details
    to recover your account."

    The applet is having trouble loading. Try seeing if you can use html login or use a different computer.

    Sounds like you need to update java. If that doesn't work try clearing cache or using a different browser.

    You can check your Java version on their website. Then just update it :)

    May not work if you have rs open and you're playing it on a diff account.

    OR
    Uninstall, then install.
    then restart computer.
