    Level 20 PVP Stats.
    I compete on a website for Console games and they have a Runescape ladder and it's not that active, 1-20 level branch is the most active so I'm going to make a lvl 20.

    What would be the best stats that I'll be level 20. It's basically 1v1 in Duel arena. 5 attack highest strength possible? Thanks.

    High str is obviously something everyone wants but decent attack is a possibility as well.

    If it is in Duel Arena I'd recommend 20-10-20.

    I also play on this ladder ;)
    I always end up having to make a new account, but the best build i've used is:

    5 attack, 15 strength, 20 defence, and using the strength level to allow more play time, and I normally get around 30 HP.
