    Charms on summ tank

Started a summ tank for fun and trying to figure out the best way to get charms WITHOUT bursting rock lobs.

I don't mind duel logging and loot sharing somewhere, but just trying to do the best method for right now.

So far I have 23 def, 17 hp, 23 summ at 13 combat.

The gelatinous abominations in the Taverly slayer cave drop a lot of golds. It is a good place to start

I've lootshared charms at roaches earlier but apparently, Gelatinous Abomination's have 50 lp each and drop golds 50% of the time. It is possible to get close to three hundred golds per hour with a half decent main so you can LS the charms there. I'm not sure if its a multi combat area tho.

Rock crabs also drop quite a few gold charms.

Honestly, lsing the rock lobsters is your best choice if your looking for a lot of charms per hour, if your not so concerned with time then the globs are good

His tank is kinda a low level atm. To get to rock lobs, 40 def for rune armor and 43 pray is almost a requirement, unless he wants to get a full inventory of brews and rocktails.

OKay what I used to do was I would multi log on my main account and my summoning tank, and I would go to cockroaches. They're surprisingly good charms and a great choice when you're low level. It is actually possible to get a summoning account to rocklobsters with 10hp and 1 def, I did it, just you need one person infront of you and one person behind you.

It has been suggested before, but yeah, the "easiest/cheapest" way to get charms is probably cockroaches. You can simply be there for like 1-2 hours and you won't have to worry about your runes, getting to rock lobsters etc. The charms are pretty good.

And it's a lot cheaper then bursting/barraging rock lobsters. It is slower though so if you have a large budget to work with you should go to the rock lobsters and camp there for a loooong time hehe.

Incorrect. I have lootshared over 3000 charms, and if the main runs through the dungeon ahead of the tank, then it will take almost every hit.

OT: All the above answers are correct. Rock Crabs and Cockroachers are good until about 40 summoning. Then you should be going for a monster that drops predominately crimson charms, and a lot of them. I'd recommend rock lobsters because you would get destroyed by the waterfiend's attacks.

Once you get 36 summoning for bronze killing rock crabs is quite good charm rate and good defence exp.
    Start with gelatinous abominations though.

At 75 defense and 70 sum, around 50 hp, where should you be getting charms?

That would be the best time for doing rock lobsters. You don't have to worry as much, since you have a little room to work around.

Do daily bork runs for starters, and if you dont want to do rock crabs get a friend to cannon daggnoths under the lighthouse and ls, you need horror of the deep which im not too sure of the requirements, but they are insanely good gold charms

Rock lobs, you can ask a friend to help you out.
If not you can go to rock crabs.
    Or daily Bork runs.
Or I guess you could try greater demons... But may be too hard on a summon tank, haven't tested it.

I'm gonna try bork soon, sticking with Gelatinous or w/e now.
