    you shouldnt need a guide on creating a range tank, train range/def/mage
    quest for bgloves/hc/spirit shields/venge
    dont go melee based, you should go 75 attack and 70 strength for the most benefits

    You don't really need a guide, I would get 80 str and 70 attack though because that way you could wear torva, but just don't train your attack and strength until you do all the quests that give those skills xp.

    you need 80 def for torva, not 80 str and 70 attack
