Veteran minirank/badge/status?

Hello Sythe,

I'm a member from 2007, and I have enjoyed Sythe, every time I load this page up. I've been here for a quite long time, and probably one of the top 5 forums I have been with for the longest time. (There's a few others I may have been a bit earlier)

However, my request is..I think us old members should get a minirank or some kind of badge, or status? I mean, not a lot of us old members are still here anymore, I only see people from 2011ish here now. I've been trying to be a good member, and maybe some people will support this with me?

I'm very happy to be a member with Sythe, and I literately love this website. I really hope something could be arranged, and this idea could be passed through..

I really believe us old members really do deserve some kind of reward. Thank you so much Sythe..

Also, thank you the amazing staff here..that are very supportive, helpful and for making the community strong.
And thank you to the donors who gave their money away to keep this website up..

I hope to hear back from a lot of you guys, and tell me what you think!

 

Hm I'm not sure if they're allowing minirank requests, but I think a 2 year and then a 5 year badge would be cool. Then again, it's fairly obvious because your join date is right next to the miniranks.

 

I think join date is enough of an indicator

 

Speaking the ones with ranks already -.- It'll probably be useless for you, but it'll at least be cool to actually have something for staying on this forum for this long. ^-^

I also support I think it would be very cool for the older members to get some sort of special mini rank! As they were the foundation of this site.

Surviving Sythe for 5 years can be worth a mini rank, why not.

 

Why not just make it like xbox live? You get a number for how many years you've been a member. So if you have been a member for 5 years you get a little 5 year badge, 1 year you get a 1 year badge. The lower numbers 1-2 years get bronze badge, 3-4 silver, 5+ gold.

 

Kinda redundant. You have something right above where a minirank would be, join date.

I like this idea too, but it would be best if only users who have been here for 5years+ gets the minirank. Otherwise there will be way too many with that minirank

Yes, I agree. It needs to be like 2007, 2008 only. Or just 2007.
