07 to EoC Swap

Make a section where people offer to swap their EoC/07 GP In exchange to EoC/07 GP. Section would have good activity due to the amount being switched is constantly going up.

For instance, instead of looking through 4 sub sections where people say "Sell 07 for eoc" in one section and Sell eoc for 07 in another and etc, why not have one section in where people say "EoC > 07", making everything more organized, and that way people can look through all the offers without going all over the 4 sub sections

Example; I want to have my 07 converted to EoC. That would involve me looking in EoC Sales section and the 2007 Buying section.

How I'd look in all 4 sections: Make a thread in
1)Make a thread in EoC buying,
2)Make a thread in 2007 selling,
3)Look in buying 07GP section,
4)Look in selling EoC section.

Why go all through these when you can make one simple section?

I'd argue that the current arrangement is very confusing. I always see people posting in the wrong section.

I would propose:
-- EOC trades
----- Long term shops
----- One time sales
-- 07 trades
----- Long term shops
----- One time sales
-- Gold swapping

Open to debate obviously. I support a new section for this - the current shops which offer this are all jumbled up. However, if the reason why you can't do this is the sheer number of sections, I propose changing the whole structure.

 

I would like a section where I could post to exchange my 07 for EOC and not to post meaningless stuff in the gold sale thread.

Too big and people will just double post when holding sales.

 

There would only be 3 main sections. Just make it a rule that you can only post in the long term shop section if you have been operating te business for more than X trades.

No point, they can just list their EOC gold in the EOC section and instead of asking for PayPal, they ask for RS07.

 

Why not make a section for it instead of people putting un-organized stuff in the wrong section?

But this will deter new shops whom have a certain amount of stock so if sold they will not be able to post in long term section. I think bumping is better for these shops so that people know when they are selling and when they aren't

 

Why not have 1 section in where people can trade between the two currencies, than having people to look in all the sections?

 

Individual categories would be open to debate. I would personally suggest that those new shops should post in the long term section and just stop jumping when they're out of stock.

Got to agree with this one.

Whilst it may be a well thought out idea, I just don't see it as a necessity.

As an individual with a small "shop" of sorts that focusses purely on trading 07 GP > EOC GP, there never appears to be any problem with potential consumers finding my thread using the current set-up.

 

Whats being lazy about it? Why do I have to look through 4 sections where people something say "Buying 07 with EoC, or Sell 07 for Eoc, etc" when we can make a section where people can put "EoC > 07" and have the main sections just for buying gold with irl currency?
