    Suggestion for sticky!
    People buying Global accounts these days. How about they need to 1v1 me (Or anyone who is legitimately ranked) in order to be placed in Global as a way to weed out the boosted/bought ranked players. Although the effort and time needed for that makes me think a ranked leaderboard would be to much.
