Suggested set up for obby maul pure

Just finished my Obby maul build and i'm ready to pk. 1 attack 60 str 40 range. What set up would you recommend?

 

Leather gear, dhide chaps, knives -> obby maul. Or you can just go full iron with dhide chaps, and do that weird item (forgot the name of it, it's from some quest) that hits fast -> obby maul.

 

Use event RPG from Diango in draynor to obby maul. You get no bonus from the weapon, but you kick at very fast speed, meaning you pull maul fast.
Edit: Remember to also use recoils at all times, these will 100% be the reason you get kills on low level obby maulers, especially if they're using knives.

 

Yeah! i had an obby mauler.. and you just play the recoils, watch heal and play the recoils specially when they use knives they kill themselves.
I recommend getting zammy book if ur using knives or maybe a different 1 hander like poison bone dagger, as well as mithril gloves! cheap and best bonus
