The writing style match, two different IPs match, both selling account.
He said in his post he doesn't accept paypal, because he doesn't use it - but in different topics he pays with paypal. After I called him out on a lie, he claims it's for security reasons, but why would you go to such extent, when as OO you can easily recover?

In my opinion, he's again going to sell an account, and again recover it after the sale. He's looking to get payed with something different than paypal because he doesn't want to buyer to chargeback after he recovers.

Sry, but two different IP match means it's the same person, especially within such short period of time.
