how do i make an order?

Okay, so I had a problem with PayByCash service and they sent me this:

" Thank you for your contacting us! I'm very sorry, but there was a technical issue with crediting this payment to your Jagex account. Please place a new order for the same package that your current order is for. Once this has been done, please send us the new order number for this order. We will try to communicate your payment using this new order. You do NOT need to send a new payment. We just need for you to please place a new order. If you require any additional assistance or information, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Just wondering, how do I make a new order?

 

Try messaging them to do it for you manually, it's worth a shot.

 

Got an email, they said try to renew order like how u sign up but all i get is "This card is already redeem" error.

Im just going to ask them if they can call me, is a whole lot better than waiting an hour for a response
