There are two users on skype with this name and avatar, likely the same person. Reason being you can see in the report that he only has 1 person added on skype so it's likely the newer one he created. Freaktzyler (older skype) is a banned user so it's unlikely anyone would impersonate him especially since the display isn't even of one of his sythe names, clearly the same user on a different skype. Styyyn has also not posted his skype anywhere and it seems Chris Kane is the only one who has received it and he is not Freaktzyler so someone impersonating him is very unlikely too, especially with cheffirich1 being a new skype.

The one in the report is not capitalized like Freaktzyler while the other skype is capitalized as well, meaning he may have been using his old vader skype in the report and just cleared his chat history as well.
