John1920 is a scammer.

yesterday I paid for an account through paypal from a guy named john1920.

Im somewhat new to the forums and had to do my research after this and came across a VERY similar account by another user who was banned.

Obviously they are the same person.
I dont know what to do now, and I want to know if its possibly to get my money back from paypal.
Ban this scammer please.
