Do not study to early or too late. The best time to study is 10AM-18PM.

Do not study (non-stop) for more than 1-2 hours, take breaks.

Sleep atleast 10 hours. If there is an important test on the next day - go to sleep very early.

Pshichology. During the test and before it, be calm, think positive. Always be optimist.

If you have more than one day to study before test - do not leave the work for the last day. On the last day do not do anything, just relax and go to sleep early.

-How long before a test should i study? Major exams; 4 to 6 weeks in advance of solid studying, you should be revising your notes more often than that though. Other less important tests probably only give you a week's notice, you should start studying from this point. How much you study is dependant on how good you are at that subject.
-What study tips can i use? (i.e. smelling chocolate, ect) N/A
-How many hours sleep should i get on the night before the test? (im 16) At least seven
-What sort of brekfast should i have in the mourning? Somthing high in sugar or carbohydrates? Anything that'll provide you with enough energy to go through the day really.
-How can i calm down if i feel stressed about the test? Breathe deeply and relax and restructure your thoughts.
-If all else fails during a test, i cant remember anything i should ___? Cheat? I wouldn't recommend it as if you study well enough you'll have no need to and unless it's an important test and you're absolutely fucked if you don't, I don't recommend it.
-How many hours of cramming should i do the night before? If you've studied probably, none. Revise your notes, making sure you understand everything, and then just chill really. Cramming isn't very efficient.

However, if you didn't study at all, cram. Do it until you have a good understanding of the topic if possible, if not, do it until you feel you have a basic understanding, enough to pass. I wouldn't recommend going over four hours of cramming though in these situations. If you try and remember too much it won't do you any good.

-How long before a test should i study? Ive learned a couple of days before should be enough, never do it last minute!
-What study tips can i use? (i.e. smelling chocolate, ect) Music does help but make sure its really low so you won't get distracted. Also water helps.
-How many hours sleep should i get on the night before the test? (im 16) 8 hours.
-What sort of brekfast should i have in the mourning? Somthing high in sugar or carbohydrates? Eggs most definitely, skip the bread and toast though.
-How can i calm down if i feel stressed about the test? Take a breather, relax a minute or two.
-If all else fails during a test, i cant remember anything i should ___? In high school its pretty easy to cheat but trust me, dont. You will just get into more trouble if you do get caught (learned the hard way)
-How many hours of cramming should i do the night before? couple of hours is fine, don't stress yourself. Remember to repeat each study item over and over till you got it.

I was like you. In high school I really didn't give a shit and NEVER studied for anything. Most of the time I was pretty lucky and guessed and got it right. I am actually pretty smart myself though so I passed because of that, but if I would have studied I could have been at least an a/b student. You just have to think to yourself that I can do this, I need to to have a better life in the future. Because without college or talents you can't go nowhere in life.

Though I won't really be following the previous format what I can say is use a pencil to write notes down, Don't type it or just read stuff. Write it with a pencil. It helps your memory greatly.

Your best idea is to avoid anything related to computers or gaming. Not many people realize how many hours they waste on the computer, and in turn it eventually screws you in the end (trust me). >_< :embar:

Get active online during breaks (spring break/summer vaca/etc.), but aside from that avoid it all - facebook, forums, games, anything related to the internet (except maybe global news [again, nothing gaming related]) avoid!

Also, if you find yourself getting bored/restless (I know this might sound weird at first), go do some physical activity - jog or do pushups, lift weights. In that time think about what you have been learning and how you can better yourself. The physical activity will settle your mind a little bit and also help you to keep in shape and full of energy. It will also help improve your sleep at night!

This is just to add another part to what you might be missing in the questions above.
