    Predestined vs Free will?

Alright the issue im bringing up is this:

What are your thoughts on either and which one do you think we follow our daily lived by?

Another question I'll bring up is do you think it is possible for both of these forces to be working at the same time? Such as that all the choices you make are of your own free will but are still part of a predetermined plan, but then this raises the problem as to whether it's actually free will or not.

    Discuss.
(I will post my own thoughts on this afterwords I would just like to see some responses not influenced from anything I may say.)

We all live by free will since none of us can possibly perceive what is predestined for us. Since as you have stated destiny is determined in advance by divine will or fate, which we obviously can't discover unless you claim you've been Skyping with God recently.

We are free, we choose whatever we wanna do with our life.

The fate of man is an endless road that we choose for our lives

I say free will, as at the rate I'm going, God would have me directed in the direction of eternal fire. And that doesn't seem like the God portrayed in those books I don't believe.

Lol i learned this in philosophy.
I believe in what we call "moderate predestiny" where we have freewill but previous actions have influence on our will.

True, but does the fact that the final outcome being unknown cause something to be invalid? As long as there's some form of valid evidence that can justify it's possibility then the final outcome itself is a possibility.

I personally think that free will exists within the individual, but purely just within the individual. The predetermined aspect would come into play if we take everything and all of spacetime as a whole.

The other question i brought up is it still free will if you were predestined to make that choice anyways?

p.s. To clear things up I'm not talking predestined as like gods plan since I'm not going to bring that up in this. Im just talking to imagine that time and space are just set planes with already preexisting points of events that happen no matter what.

From a religious stand point(Omnipotent God), what they call free will, is actually predestined. If god has the ability to change your fate, it's not free will. It's being a puppet without seeing the trinket's strings. So long as the person does not have 100% over their own actions, they cannot have free will.

They don't force you to follow them, you still have the choice to choose. While there are consequences it doesn't mean you don't have free will.
Hence it's even a form of free will to choose not to do it in fear of facing those consequences.
