Which violation you are reporting the user for: Malicious / shaddy trading practices

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: His worker pm's me who he then 'vouches' for, which in turn makes it out to seem like he'd be held liable for scams that occur under his workers name, basing it off the vouch, which is claiming i'm supposedly safe trading him

I feel like this should be somewhat changed / having to inform the person that he's not liable even with his 'vouch' ; because certainly the intention is to portray that he is when vouching I feel.

I know for sure if someone got scammed because of this the scenario would be different
