Explanation of the trade:
I went to their server they buy gold there through ticket so I opened ticket first
then came after few hour and made new ticket and sold them 10b 07 gold
they said btc sent but i never got it
then they deleted my ticket and assigned same ticket id to new customer and never paid me

now he say that I'm scammer and lie while i have video of the whole chat show his ID and his team IDs

How they scammed: they refuse to send me btc and veng say how i traded with him while his discord say off i took the video after 2 hours when he went offline and nobody sent my money

the whole chat was in channel so they deleted it

The ticket you're referencing doesn't exist, you have an ongoing ticket (0374) that is still open and active. Another user in the Discord has ticket (0379) and it was opened (and still is) before you allegedly opened this ticket
