    So if a customer is not able to distinguish whether it's the person or someone else doing it, how do you expect to catch people? You literally have proof of someone doing it right there. Have you reported them? Even if you did, that'd be the first report i've ever seen on the topic

    Why would I report people without having much better clearing? A TWC does nothing but shows they fucked up, 30 days later they appeal it and get it removed only to do it again.

    Again i'll help you understand as you again clearly need school teacher mode to help you, I am not going to drop names of people because they can report me based on that. Once the ruling is cleared (if it does clear, to make it easier for you to grasp at) I will be making it very aware that X-people are doing this and should be seen to, with previous reports and such also.

    Buddy, you want to make the 2nd and 3rd offense a bigger issue, when no one has ever got caught for doing it once. When you report them the 1st time they'll just clean their act up. If you really cared about the underlying issue of workers/customers being screwed, that's a decent outcome to the problem, because those illegal service providers would stop. If you reported it now and it became a consistent issue, maybe it would open up peoples eyes and you'd get more people who agree with this thread

    Anyway even with policies suggested, 1st offense would be a TWC, so you reporting them now or until this passes make no difference genius

    Face palm, you are clueless bud please stop commenting because from now I will just report you for spam.

    - It makes no difference if they are "caught" or not, when in fact they have been - Baod services - dishonest workers just one of the many examples of shown rule breaking, which you apparently have yet to be able to find yourself due to the point of just wanting to argue.

    As of right now, as mentioned I wont be dropping information as I can be reported for it - I have privately sent to a staff member or two (@Superfluous was sent a snippet today) but yet again you seem to misunderstand I can be reported for it if I do otherwise.

    The first should be a trade with caution yes, and they are beyond this.. WAY beyond this, even showing the proof when given appropriate ruling, you will notice it isn't the first time.

    Okay bud, first of all that report doesn't apply to this TOS at all... Not even close to the same thing

    Customer specified he wanted certain person and that certain person was not the person training. Not even close to what you're trying to suggest/what I asked for a report of. That has nothing to do with outsourcing to a different worker or anything, thats literally just a breach of contract. 2 different things IMO

    As with many rules, punishments increase with severity over time. Outsourcing, bad PMs, poor trading practices, and other actions fall into this bucket.

    We're not going to define a "second offense punishment" and "third offense punishment" as I recommended on the first page and will treat these on a case-by-case basis.
