    Stretched Ears (Gauged Ears, to the uneducated.)

    I've decided to stop at 00g for that reason. Even though I plan on going to college for techy stuff. There are also hider plugs that you can buy (skin colored gauges.) So they aren't really all that noticeable.

    Stretched Ears (Gauged Ears, to the uneducated.)

    I used to think this was cool, but then somebody told me the hole begins to stink terribly. Is this true?

    If you clean it regularly, then it really shouldn't, but it depends what you wear in your ear too. Acrylic (plastic) usually tends to gather bacteria rather quickly, causing them to stink. If you wear steal or titanium, or something organic, like wood, then the chances of them stinking are a lot less likely.

    Then again, it all depends on the person too. Mine stink when I wear acrylic, but they don't when I wear steel.
