How do you stay motivated?

Whether it be with work, study, housework, how do you personally stay motivated? I'm having severe troubles studying over the long Easter weekend.

Share your tips.

 

Since I'm very busy irl with work and school I motivate myself by thinking of what I'll be able to do if I focus really hard and just study and avoid distractions. Last night I rewarded myself by going to see my girlfriend ect things like that keep me motivated.

 

With this:

 

Listening to music and working out keeps me hype and motivated. I may spark a few L's here and there.

 

What is an L :S?

 

Probably something to do with smoking, based on the phrasing.

Don't do weed though; weed sedates you in to thinking your world is awesome without having to do a thing.

 

I'm never really not motiviated, or depressed or anything. I am lazy however, and that is mostly only relative to Uni, so in regards to that, I just look ahead as to as soon as I get 'this study' done, I'll have free time to do whatever I want.

 

I try and do that but I pretty much have an endless pile of study to do as it's almost in possible to do listen to all recordings, read all prescribed readings, etc.

 

You need a goal. It is pretty hard to get motivated if you have nothing to work for.

 

I try not to jack off because I think the testosterone or whatever builds up and gives me more energy.

 

I lack motivation atm too. It's frustrating because I know I have uni work to do but I just can't bring myself to do it.

 

I play league in between homework assignments, I listen to Disney music, and I take my dog for walks when my attention waivers.

 

If you wanna stay motivated at the gym get a nice pair of headphones good pump up soundtrack and you'll be making them gains in no time.

Alternative go to a gym with a girl you'll wanna show her your strong so you'll have that extra oomph in you to lift harder heavier and better.

Alternative to that... Take pictures of your progress every month or two when you see the difference it will bring you joy and want you to continue.

during the effects yes i guess..but if you mean in the long run id have to disagree.

i have been smoking bud since i was 14-15, and nothing bad has come from it for me, there was a time i thought it was affecting my motivation but it turns out it was just my thought process about my own life that affected it, as i ended up getting motivated and doing great in school without dropping weed. but everyones different i suppose
