KMJT scammed me 20M!

Hey. It's 9th RS... I still haven't been unbanned (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1480202) so Ryan told me to post this report here.

Basically what happened is I purchased the lowest rank in KMJT's friend chat "Play Dyce" for 20M. Yesterday, when I was wrongfully banned, he temporarily deranked me in his friend chat until everything was cleared up. An hour or two ago I linked him to the thread where Ryan requested an unban and he didn't give me back my rank nor was he going to refund me. He terminated my rank in his friend chat permanently when I didn't scam or anything.

KMJT's saying that 9th's ban led to his derank, but the termination came when he learned that 9th fell asleep in the middle of hosting a bet, logged off before paying, and another host had to cover for him.

9th RS has also made back more than 20m since he started hosting:

I personally think that the cause for termination is legitimate although I'm unsure if KMJT needs to refund the buy in. I think the fact that 9th rs made back more than the 20m would mean that KMJT doesn't necessarily have to give back the 20m, but maybe it's irrelevant.

It does NOT help your case that you've been purposely trying to sabotage their hosts and spamming that they scammed you 20m:

In summary, I think the termination is reasonable, 9th rs made more than 20m hosting, and since his firing, he's been very disruptive to the clan. I do not think KMJT owes him anything

 

I don't think he owes you anything either. Look at the bigger clans such as Dragon Dyce and many others, if you're banned on a forum, you lose your rank (AFAIK).

Besides that, you also accuse your own dice clan of scamming, when in fact it was you who fell asleep during a bet and essentially scammed until it was paid back.

I'm with Video on this one, KMJT shouldn't owe you anything and you don't necessarily deserve the rank again.

I was wrongfully banned on Sythe in the first place so termination of rank shouldn't have happened. KMJT stated that once everything was sorted out with the ban I would receive my rank bank.

I'm not hiding that I fell asleep on a FREE 200k pot. It's free. No way I can scam. Furthermore, Kloono, a friendly host in FC, decided to pay the guy back. Kloono told me when I got on a little later and I instantly paid him back. Sure this was unprofessional, but no harm was done.

Apparently KMJT doesn't want to show full screenshots. I'm currently down around 25M from hosting in Play Dyce. The only reason I still have more RSGP than I started with is because I was flipping RSGP on Sythe before I was banned.

The reason he terminated my rank was because he didn't feel like I was trustworthy enough to hold 20M pots. Why the hell not? I paid a buy-in of 20M so if anything would happen the money would be paid back. On top of that I've been trusted with 20M pots in his friend chat already. He's making up silly excuses.

I don't think it's fair that because I am sabotaging him I shouldn't receive a refund. He did indeed scam me as I didn't break any of his rules provided on playdyce.com. If I fell asleep on a 20M pot then it would be a serious problem, but I didn't and never would. Even then I would pay the guy back without a doubt. Let's be rational. It's a free 200k pot and it was paid back. If he doesn't want me to help Play Dyce expand and become better then it's perfectly fine with me, but I'd like the refund.

 

Why would someone "scam" 200k when they've made mills off of Playdyce? After all, he did pay the 200k back. Also, this was a free pot, it's not like the member will lose anything, and it's not like this will increase 9th RS's wealth. There's no way to prove he did fall asleep, but there's no way to prove he didn't. Was there any official guidelines the hosts had to follow, and did you sign any contracts?

Regardless of whether or not we consider it a "scam", KMJT had cause to terminate you because you fell asleep on the job.

Now we're deciding on whether or not KMJT owes him the money or not.
