150 qps, def is quested without the turmoil quests, addy gloves, ( If I wanted to get turmoil i can stay under 45 def )

I'm really confused on what to do, and I only have 5m. Any answers except botting would be appreciated.

Yeah I have venge, I'd get barrows before I do anything though, however I do not know whether I should get turmoil or not.

 

How much cash do you have on the account?
If you want turmoil it's going to cost quite a bit to get to 95 prayer.
